The gpu was broken before they sent the pc so instead of refunding they uprgraded the gpu and then the cpu so it wouldnt bottleneck

The best Computer shop around. Period. A friend of mine purchased 2 macbooks pro and was telling me about ProTech IT Solutions amazing products and valuable customer service (so critical especially when buying refurbished devices). I decided to buy a Macbook Air and after an issue with the fan they replaced the unit on the spot, with no questions asked. Their customer service is exceptional and it is always nice to know that they are there to support their customers. Excellent products and excellent service. We'll definitely come back for more. ~~ProTech IT Solutions~~ Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Knowledgeable and professional! We have had phones, laptops and iPads repaired and even bought our teen’s school laptop from these guys! They sell new Apple AirPods and Apple pens, which I found out too late, as well as other brand new stock! No longer working out of their garage, but in a new location in Ravenhall! Great service, and a lovely family! Glad to have a fabulous local service 🩵

Very friendly and professional, with good knowledge to back up their recommendations. Due to their large stock, they can always recommend the right computer for the job, because they have it! Pricing is great, and the refurbished machines are immaculately clean inside, and thoroughly prepared to a like new condition. Warranty is great and gives peace of mind too. You would think that there would be more computer dealers like this, but there really doesn't need to be, because we have these guys.

I recently purchased a computer from ProTech IT Solutions, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! The staff were knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect setup to meet my needs. Inadvertently I came across Pro-Tech IT Solutions on the website and contacted them which was the best decision made. Faisal and Fahad have excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable about their products, great overview of what could be used with specifications and associated costs are so reasonable in comparison to other locations.
